Jada’s Dare is a luxurious 3,476 sf home located in the private, Gulf Trace neighborhood with an additional 865 sq of outdoor living. With 5 bedrooms/5 full baths/1 half bath, Jada’s Dare will sleep up to 10 guests and offers a private heated saltwater pool (heating fee applies) and expansive views of the Gulf. Being surrounded by the Grayton Beach State Park gives guests ONE FULL MILE of beautiful, undisturbed beaches to enjoy; approximately 50 steps from private neighborhood beach access. Please NOTE - Golf carts and on-street parking are Strictly Prohibited in the Gulf Trace neighborhood, per neighborhood covenants. Please note - if you wish to add pool heating to your stay, the additional fee is $60 per night + tax and must be arranged directly with Grayt 30A Vacations no later than 7-nights/1 week prior to arrival. It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees.
