Nautilus # 108 - Ocean Front Condos

Ahoy! Welcome to Beach Front Condo 108 at The Nautilus. This nautical themed unit is located on the bottom floor (6 stairs up), is an end unit, includes extra square footage and an extra window.  Extensive upgrades include new flooring, new countertops and tile, complete paint and new queen sofa sleeper. Catch a game, watch a movie or stream on the 50” Smart TV with a Blu-ray player in the living room or on the  24” Smart TV in the bedroom. Unit 108 features a wood burning fireplace for presto logs only (not included). The bedroom includes a comfortable queen size bed with a hybrid mattress. The kitchen is well stocked with an air fryer, blender and crock-pot for in unit cooking along with a full set of pots and pans, baking sheets and gadgets galore.  Coffee lovers can enjoy the use of a Keurig, regular coffee pot or French press.  Family games and books are found in the hallway credenza, Blu-ray and DVD movies can be found in the living room chest and toys for the little ones found in the cupboard labeled “Pirates” under the bar. Great memories and great value await at Nautilus 108!   No pets and no smoking in the unit or on the balcony.  Although barbeques are not allowed on the balcony, there are picnic tables for guest use on property.
