The open-concept living and dining area features a brand-new 55” Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Over the past two years, Mermaid’s Cove has received extensive upgrades, including a new full-size washer and dryer, mattresses, couches, light fixtures and ceiling fans. New for 2026 plush carpeting, plantation shutters, and a polywood high-top balcony table with chairs—all enhancing the fresh, coastal feel of the space. Step onto your private oceanfront balcony to sip morning coffee or unwind in the evening while listening to the waves. Located on the first floor, this condo offers easy access to all community amenities and direct beach access. To keep the condo fresh and serene for everyone, we are unable to accommodate pets for this rental season.
