Located in Destin along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Chateau La Mer II is a beautifully landscaped, family-friendly complex situated in its own private community just off the popular Scenic Highway 98. We are only a short walk away from Destin's famous  “sugar sand” on our Private Beach along the Emerald Coast. After a fun day of exploring you can take a relaxing stroll to some of our local restaurants. Or you can enjoy outdoor grilling on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic area with additional grills located around the complex. Destin has is all!  Arts & Culture, Fine Dining, Sports Adventures, Shopping and Spas are all available in the area. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Multiple Outlet Shopping Malls are minutes away.
