Oasis #504 at Chateau La Mer II is your perfect vacation destination to enjoy the sandy white beaches & emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  Come and relax on the beach with free beach service March 1st - Oct 31st Nice Two Bedroom - Two Full Bath Condo on the Second Floor. Remodeled designer kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware and cookware for preparing your meals. Large master bedroom with King size bed, plenty of closet space & a flat-screen TV wall-mounted. Guest bedroom equipped with two queen size beds & a flat-screen TV wall-mounted. Condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Both bathrooms include new vanities with granite tops. Living room has plenty of comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings for a spacious comfortable feeling, a queen sized hide-a-bed sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Linens & towels are provided, but please bring beach towels. Full-size washer and dryer are provided in the unit. Free Wi-Fi service throughout. Guests have access to a beautiful private heated pool, with a playground and grill area. Deeded beach access just a 5 to 6 minute walk to the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald pristine water of the Gulf of Mexico. This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25. Additional boat and small trailer parking is available — please call to confirm availability. Free Beach Service Included - 2 Chairs and 1 Umbrella Beach service is from March 6th to October 25th 8:00am - 4:00pm. Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.
